14 Ways Dublin GA Sparkles this Holiday Season

Fall is nice y’all. But we’re ready to deck the halls in Dublin GA!

Here’s all the ways we’re sparkling this holiday season with Christmas shopping, brightly lit trees, classic movies, and Old Saint Nick.

1. Hearts on Fire

Raise hearts in praise Wednesday, November 7th at 7 PM at Theatre Dublin for $15 as Josh Baldwin takes the stage for an inspiring night of music and worship. Concessions will be available for purchase.

2. Sights, Sounds, & SHOPPING

Capture a photo with Santa and start your holiday shopping seasons with two days of fun at the Dublin Service League’s Annual Antique Fair and Marketplace on Tuesday, November 6th and Wednesday, November 7th starting at 10 AM held at Oconee Fall Line Technical College. 3. Deck the Halls

We take decking the halls to new levels as Art Dublin presents Paint the Town with Art & Sound at the Dublin Carnegie Friday, November 9th from 6 PM until 9 PM and Saturday, November 10th from 10 AM until 5 PM.

4. Classic Country Christmas

Ride out to Theatre Dublin with your biggest honky-tonk attitude to experience Joe Diffie Friday, November 9th at 7 PM for $47 a ticket.  For information about tickets, please visit http://www.theatredublinga.com/.

5. Taste Of Tuscany

Don your hats!  Head to Dublin Farms and experience a taste of Tuscany at Maria’s dinner table every Friday and Saturday night at 7 PM. Also open Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

6. Land of the Free

Honor those who have served during the Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 10th at 1 PM to 3 PM beginning at Telfair Street/Hwy. 441.  Deadline for entry is November 7th and applications can be picked up at 200 South Jefferson Street Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM or find your entry form HERE

7.  Holiday Trees a’ Glow

Fa, la, la, la, la all the way to Oconee Fall Line Technical College for the 14th Annual Festival of Trees Wednesday, November 14th through Tuesday, December 18th. This is a community-wide holiday season event where the trees are viewed and enjoyed at public events. Open to the public Monday through Thursday 8 AM until 5 PM.

8. Classic Christmas Movies

Journey to lands faraway as you enter four realms with The Nutcracker on Saturday, November 10th at the Martin Movie House at 7 PM. Tickets are $8 and concessions are available for purchase.

9. Dance the Night Away

Grab that special someone and whirl the night away at The Dubose Porter Center on December 15th at 6 PM for the 2nd annual Honors Ball Christmas Gala. Tickets are $25 HERE or you can purchase them at the door for $35.

10. Light the Fire

Light the fires of change and watch history unfold on Saturday, December 29th at the First African Baptist Church from 11 AM until 12:30 PM. One Day: Dublin’s Civil Rights Experience is a living play and a guided tour of MLK Monument Park is included and guided tours of the church can be requested. You can purchase tickets on Eventbrite for $8.

11. Fresh Cedar Scents

Delight in the smells of the holiday season with a fresh Christmas tree from Boggy Branch Christmas Tree Farm. Let the little ones begin there hunt for that perfect tree beginning Thanksgiving weekend, November 28th-29 and December 5th-6th at 2 PM.

12. German Tradition

Gladden yourself into unique gift ideas, old-world charm, and holiday cheer as the Dublin Christkindlmarket brings a taste of Germany to Dublin during weekends in November and December.

13. Magical Experience
