Wave your hands in Downtown Dublin GA to commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. during the 25th Annual MLK Parade,  which is the second longest in the state of Georgia on Saturday, January 19th at 12 PM.

2. Fun-filled Adventure

Journey with the Banks on a fun-filled adventure as Mary Poppins arrives to save the day at Martin Movie House now through Thursday, January 24th. Concessions are available for purchase and all proceeds go towards future programming at Theatre Dublin.

3. Pinkies Held High

Raise your pinkies high as you sip on a wee bit of tea during Winter Wonderland Tea Party! Saturday, January 19th at 11:30 AM at Shoppes on Bellevue for $15 per person. Limited seating so be sure to hurry and make your reservations today!

4. Tails A’ Waggin

Swing on in for a day of beauty and fun on Saturday, January 19th at Dublin Theater for the 4th Annual Miss Paws for a Cause. Contact Lisa Foskey Clark at 478-272-5341. All proceeds go to the Dublin Laurens County Humane Society.

7. Monkeying  Around

Swing like a monkey from tree to tree…well not literally, just camo as you go hunt during small game hunting at Beaverdam Wildlife Management Area now through February 28th daily from dawn until dusk.

8. Laughter In The Air

Follow the laughter to Downtown Dublin as it comes alive with the vivid sounds of an abridged version of The Barber of Seville during a live performance by the Atlanta Opera in historic Theatre Dublin. Student performances are Tuesday, January 22nd and Wednesday, January 23rd at 11 AM and an evening performance Tuesday, January 22nd at 7:30 PM.

9. Under the Boardwalk

Swing with Early Clover & The Soul Drifters, Saturday, January 26th at 7:30 PM at Theater Dublin. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Miller’s Cafe and Linda’s Emporium at the Dublin Mall.

10. Round and Round

Swing your partner round and round for a night full of fun and memories during the 13th Annual Dublin-Laurens Habitat For Humanity Daddy Daughter Dance on Friday, February 9th at 6:30 PM at the Dubose Porter Center. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at Classic Florist, The Olive Branch, and Tanners Service Center.

11. Just a Swingin’

Feel the love down to your toes as you are just a-swingin’ into a goldmine of good times and top hits when legendary country artist John Anderson brings his country feeling’ to Theatre Dublin Thursday, January 31st at 7 PM. Standard tickets are $45 and you can purchase tickets HERE.

12. Winner Is…

Put your hands together for your wee ones as they express their Irish spirit during St. Patricks Baby Erin Go Bragh Contest held on Saturday, February 23rd at Dublin High School Auditorium at 10 AM. Open to ages newborn to two for $40 per contestant. Deadline for applications is Monday, February 11th.

13. Shine Bright

Let your Irish beauty shine during the St. Patrick’s Miss Emerald City Beauty Pageant on Saturday, February 23rd at 2 PM at Dublin High School Auditorium. Open to ages 3-19 and $40 per contestant. Deadline for entries is Monday, February 11th.
