Looking for a retro burger with all the feels and none of the frills? Head to Downtown Dublin and the Minute Grill, a family-owned and operated eatery that has become an icon in Dublin. Open since the 1950s, the Minute Grill has been dishing up burgers, dogs, and fries to locals and visitors in a diner reminiscent of those Happy Days. Exactamundo!

Menu

Minute Grill is an old school burger joint that serves slaw dogs, chili dogs, and steamy hot little burgers you can customize. Get them single or double, served all the way or any way you want them on a fresh and tasty bun. Add their homemade slaw or chili to top off your dogs and add a side of hand cut fries. Homemade, battered, and served steaming hot, these fries are perfect to dip deep in a pile of ketchup, just like fries you remember from your childhood. Minute Grill makes them to order and they will serve them up as fast as you can eat them. Local tip: Get them by the sackful.

The Service

The staff is super friendly and earnest. Perch up on one of the barstools at the counter, have a conversation with the cook and watch how fast they whip up your order or sit at a table for the larger groups. Take in the retro murals on the walls while sipping a cold Coke and scarfing down fries by the fistful.
