Like a fresh sea breeze, Saltwater Fishery drifted into Downtown Dublin‘s historic district, refreshing an old diner and transforming it into a cleanly cozy yet minimalistic coastal eatery reminiscent of the Cape. With its focus on natural sunlight, the only thing warmer than the ambiance are the smiles of the staff.

Although it features a striking bar that runs the length of the restaurant, Saltwater Fishery heels over quite thrillingly with its focus on creating distinctive dishes like a soft shell crab BLT sandwich, scored flounder, and crab cakes nestled atop a crisp fried green tomato. Saltwater Fishery nets the freshest ingredients from local and regional suppliers like Georgia Grown shrimp, greens from R&G Farms, and local honey from Yoder Farms.

To top it off, Saltwater Fishery has a crow’s nest in the form of a rooftop bar called the Flybridge where live music pairs perfectly with classic cocktails.
