Bring the whole family for a three day celebration of Mom and food at Dublin Farm’s Ristorante da Maria! Delight her tastebuds with a five course feast on

Insalata di parmigiano reggiano con pomodori e croûtons
Carpaccio of tomatoes, topped with Spring Mix Salad, Cantaloupe slices and Parmesan cheese shaves, marinated with olive oil/white balsamic vinaigrette, topped with butter croûtons

First dish:
Involtini di asparagi verdi, prosciutto, spinacini e provolone
Oven baked Pastry Rolls stuffed with asparagus spears, prosciutto, baby spinach and Provolone cheese, topped with olive oil and fresh herbs

Meat Entrée:

Italian Artistry

Owner Maria Runggaldier expertly prepares Italian and Mediterranean-style cuisine, highlighting fresh ingredients grown locally in each course. New Year’s Eve menus include an appetizer, pasta, meat or fish entrée with three vegetables, sorbet and dessert. Iced tea, water and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer, champagne and wine are also available.

Italian Comfort

Extend the celebration with an overnight stay in Dublin Farm’s cozy guest suites featuring luxury king beds dressed in fine linens, private baths, and charming turn down snacks. A handcrafted breakfast awaits as a savory start to any day!
