“Men Who Worry Too Much and Hug Too Little”

Two men find themselves as the only members of a therapy group for men who worry too much and hug too little run by a eccentric therapist.
“Bothered”

Elizabeth and Mark’s first date was a total flop. With a mustard stain on her black silk dress, Elizabeth decides to school Mark on what women really want for a first date.
“Accused of Comedy”

After comedy has been outlawed in society, two bottom-of-the-barrel comics face trial for committing comedy, along with the young woman who broke the law by laughing at them. Confronted by a stern lady magistrate, they discover humor is no laughing matter.
“A Pink Cadillac Nightmare”

Becky has just one dream to win the a pink Cadillac given to the most successful saleswoman for a line of makeup. Can her friend Julie help her reach her goal before things get out of hand? Or has she gone a little too far already?
“Men Who Worry Too Much and Cry Too Little,” “Bothered,” & ” Accused of Comedy” are produced by special arrangement with Heuer Publishing LLC. “A Pink Cadillac Nightmare” is produced by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc.
Tickets
Shows will be held in the North Fellowship Hall of First Baptist Church at 405 Bellevue Avenue. The building is located atop the small hill on the corner of North Church Street and Tucker Street.
Main Street Shorts is a showcase of four one-act plays at 6:30 PM with light catering provided during intermission. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Colleen’s China and Morris Bank – Downtown.
Dublin Main Street Players
Dublin Main Street Players is a local amateur theatre group which has been active for two decades, delivering high energy shows such as Steel Magnolias Mysteries, comedic skits from the Carol Burnett Show and lauded dinner theatre performances.
