Delight your senses during Dublin Farm’s Italian Outdoor Dinner Saturday, April 27th at 7 PM. Indulge in an evening of savory, home-cooked Italian food spread community style in the charming country indoor setting with an outdoor wine reception. of Dublin Farm. Appetizer:
Frittatine alla ricotta e ortaggi
“Frittatine” stuffed with ricotta, caramelized carrots, broccoli and marjoram, served sliced over baby greens, topped with toasted hazelnuts and a 4-cheese sauce

First dish:
Gnocchi di polenta
“Polenta” – Gnocchi, oven baked, topped with a meat ragout “Pistoiese style”, butter and Parmesan

Meat-Entrée:
every Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables
