Pig in the Park BBQ Championship

Get fired up in Dublin GA during the St. Patrick’s Pig in the Park BBQ Championship at the Market on Madison with hot grills and all the FREE family fun beginning Friday, March 4th at 7 PM. Judging for the BBQ Championship starts Saturday, March 5th at 10 AM. Relish the good times with kiddie rides, free BBQ samples hot off the grill, live music, and more!

The grills are not the only thing hot at the Pig in the Park BBQ Championship. While the chefs light their fires and get the juices flowing on Friday, March 4th, Downtown Dublin GA spices things up with with rock ‘n roll favorites, Raisin’ Helton. Local talent Elizabeth Coleman belts tunes to get the crowd ready for the big show. Bring a lawn chair and pack your cooler. Pick a good spot to watch the action while enjoying food vendors and rides for the kids.
BBQ Championship
The competition heats up as the BBQ Championship continues on Saturday, March 5th from 10 AM to 4 PM as teams compete for bragging rights and cash prizes.

Sponsored by Main Street Dublin and the Dublin Downtown Development Authority, the St. Patrick’s Pig in the Park BBQ Championship pits competitors against each other in three categories: ribs, pulled pork and chicken with first, second, and third place awarded in each division. Savor the sights and smells as downtown Dublin fires up for this annual event.

8:30 PM – Raisin’ Helton rocks out the night with sweet classics
