Feast like royalty at Dublin Farm on Fridays & Saturdays with five courses of handcrafted Italian specialities during the Ristorante da Maria Feast! Each week, chef Maria crafts a menu full of traditional Italian cuisine using only the freshest produce, herbs, and ingredients.

“Ribollita” – rustic Tuscan Soup with savory cabbage leaves, leek, celery, carrots, cannellini beans, tomato and ham, topped with toasted bread, rubbed with garlic
Pasta “Amatriciana style” tossed in a sauce of crispy pancetta, tomatoes, shallots, white wine and peperoncino, topped with Parmesan and olive oil
(every Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables)
