Feast like royalty at Dublin Farm on Fridays & Saturdays with five courses of handcrafted Italian specialities during the Ristorante da Maria Feast! Each week, chef Maria crafts a menu full of traditional Italian cuisine using only the freshest produce, herbs, and ingredients.
Friday Dinner Menu
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH AT 7 PM
APPETIZER:
Vellutata di patate e verdure
Creamy vegetable and potato soup topped with fresh herbs and served with olive oil crostini
FIRST DISH:
Cannelloni con broccoletti
Cannelloni (Pasta) stuffed with broccoli florets and béchamel sauce and topped with parmesan flakes and olive oil
MEAT ENTRÉE:
(every Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables)
Tacchino all’uva, mela grana e pancetta
Turkey or Chicken Breast (your choice) oven baked with butter, white wine, grapes and pomegranate or
MEAT ENTRÉE:
Filetto ripieni di funghi
Pork Fillet or Beef Top Loin (your choice) stuffed with shiitake, white mushrooms and grana shaves, oven roasted, and served in a Chablis white wine sauce or
