Feast like royalty at Dublin Farm on Fridays & Saturdays with five courses of handcrafted Italian specialities during the Ristorante da Maria Feast! Each week, chef Maria crafts a menu full of traditional Italian cuisine using only the freshest produce, herbs, and ingredients.

Friday Dinner Menu

Friday, November 26th at 7 PM

APPETIZER:
Tortino du zucchine
Zucchini Tart oven baked with Parmesan, basil, onions, eggs, tomato dices, topped with bread crumbs, butter flakes and olive oil

FIRST DISH:
Spaghetti all’aglio, olio e peperoncino
Spaghetti tossed in a salsa of olive oil, garlic, peperoncino, olives, bell peppers and parsley, served with Parmesan shaves

MEAT-ENTRÉE:
the Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables
Rotoli di pollo o maiale con ripieno di spinacini novelli e mascarpone
Chicken- or Pork Rolls (your choice) stuffed with baby spinach and mascarpone, pan seared and served with a sherry/tomato/Cognac/cream sauce OR

Grilled Beef Rib Eye, served in slices over a blackberry/pepper sauce OR

Conchiglie al pomodoro
“Jumbo Shells” Pasta stuffed wit Portobello mushrooms, Ricotta and Parmesan, oven baked in a tomato/basil/olive oil salsa

MEAT-ENTRÉE:
the Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables
Filetto di maiale o pollo al senape ed erba cipollina
Pork Tenderloin- or Chicken Tenders (your choice) pan roasted, spread with Dijon mustard and dredged in chives, served with braised cocktail tomatoes or

Start your culinary tour of Italy by reserving a table at Ristorante da Maria then take your tastebuds on an Italian whirlwind flavor fest. A memorable, multi-course dinner at Ristorante da Maria is between $40.00 and $45.00, plus tax and gratuity. Iced tea, water and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer and wine are also available.
