Feast like royalty at Dublin Farm on Fridays & Saturdays with five courses of handcrafted Italian specialities during the Ristorante da Maria Feast! Each week, chef Maria crafts a menu full of traditional Italian cuisine using only the freshest produce, herbs, and ingredients.

Friday Dinner Menu

FRIDAY, JANUARY 14TH AT 7 PM

APPETIZER:
Soufflé con gamberetti
Parmesan Soufflé topped with Shrimp and herbs served over a celery/carrot salad

FIRST DISH:
Rotoli di crespelle gratinate ripieni di spinacini e pomodorini
Crespelle Rolls stuffed with baby spinach, creme fraiche, cherry tomatoes, oven baked au gratin

MEAT-ENTRÉE:
the Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables
Chateaubriand grigliata con salsa “Voronoff”
