The Show
Get swept away by a very special musical performance by Wayne Hosford entertainer, singer, musician, comedian, actor and composer whom has thrilled audiences around the globe. Wayne is bringing his talents to Dublin, Georgia for one night only with a special tribute to his own favorites! Musical styles of pop, jazz, blues, country and musical theatre span the era of the mid-sixties to mid-seventies.
Italian Artistry
Owner Maria Runggaldier expertly prepares Italian and Mediterranean-style cuisine, highlighting fresh ingredients grown locally in each course. Menus include an appetizer, pasta, meat or fish entrée with three vegetables, sorbet and dessert. Iced tea, water and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer, champagne and wine are also available.

Dinner & Show With Wayne Hosford will begin immediately following dinner.
First course:
Tortellini panzanella
“Panzanella” Salad with Tortellini, tomatoes, olives, celery, shallots
and red onions, tossed with a home made olive oil/balsamic
vinaigrette, topped with fresh herbs, served with crostini
Second course:
Risotto con burro alle erbette aromatiche e pesto di pinoli e mandorle
Risotto with a herb/butter – pine nuts/almonds pesto and sun
dried tomatoes, topped with Parmesan shaves and olive oil
Third course:
Capesante e gamberetti gratinati con crema di zucchini all’olio d’oliva
Pan-seared Sea Scallops and Georgia Prawns aû gratîn over a
zucchini/shallot/olive oil veloutée and black olives
Fourth course:
Bistecca di manzo alla griglia con salsa di sherry e arancia
Grilled Rib Eye Steaks, sliced and served over a dry Sherry/Orange sauce, topped with a green peppercorn cream
Fifth course:
Panna cotta con sorbetto e frutti di bosco
Panna cotta with balsamic – berry Sorbet and fresh berries topped with raspberry coulis
